February 2026 Summary
Month 65 of Be Wellthy
I’m Brandon Wilson — a health consultant helping purpose-driven people take control of their wellness and become truly wellthy.
Each week, I share practical insights, biohacker-level strategies, and real-world wellness tools so you can make informed choices, elevate your energy, and build a body and mind that supports your best life.
If you’re committed to investing in your health — not just learning, but actually upgrading — you’re in the right place.
First time here? Welcome. Your future self is already thanking you.
Well, that was a short month. I hope February was a good month for you. If not, each day is a new opportunity to change your beliefs and choices to get closer to your Future Self. Let’s take one last look at February before we head into March.
I started February with a lesson in language. Words are powerful, especially the words we tell ourselves. When it comes to weight journeys, is it such a surprise that people who “lose” weight usually end up finding it again?
The following week, I shared the Stop, Challenge, and Choose method for addressing emotional eating and a powerful concept called the Teachability Index.
The following week, I discussed how inflammation is a quiet driver of disease and shared an assessment tool to help you determine which body systems might be out of balance. I also offered additional support for anyone willing to take a step forward on their health journey.
This past week, I summarized the dangers of fatty liver and shared my example of gathering data and using targeted interventions to improve my condition.
The first two months of 2026 are done! I’ll see you in March.
What I’m watching
I just finished a four-week coaching course delivered by Dave Blanchard, who has pioneered research and strategies to address our habits of thinking. The free HabitFinder assessment is a unique tool that helped me uncover my patterns and beliefs about health, and I’m learning to reprogram them. In this short TEDx talk, Dave shares a powerful technique to reframe trauma and pain to support yourself and others.
What I’m reading
I’ve been interested in personal development for many years, particularly in how we can manifest the life we want. There are many books and courses out there, but until now, I have not found a more comprehensive, easy-to-understand explanation of the techniques and principles used by the most successful people in world history.
When I mention the name Kevin Trudeau, some of you may be instantly turned off. Remember, what is your Teachability Index? I will be writing much more about the techniques I’m learning, but if you want to get a head start, I would highly recommend his latest book, Your Wish Is Your Command: How to Manifest Your Desires.

What I’m listening to
In 1956, Earl Nightingale released a record called The Strangest Secret that sold more than a million copies and became the first spoken-word recording to achieve Gold Record status. Earl’s core message is simple but powerful: we become what we think about. He argues that success isn’t mysterious or reserved for a lucky few — it’s the natural result of holding a clear, worthwhile goal in your mind and consistently directing your thoughts and actions toward it. Most people drift without a defined aim, reacting to life instead of designing it, and that’s why they struggle. When a person fixes their attention on a definite purpose, nourishes it with belief, and refuses to quit, circumstances begin to align, opportunities appear, and results follow. In Nightingale’s view, the “strangest secret” isn’t complicated at all — it’s that our thoughts shape our reality, and deliberate thinking is the gateway to achievement.
