When I attend health conferences, I like asking reps for supplement companies how I can measure whether the supplement will work for me. The usual answer is “see how you feel” or check specific blood lab markers. This is 2025. Shouldn’t we have better answers?
If you are having trouble falling asleep and take a supplement to help, you know whether it’s working. It’s the same with wanting more energy when you wake up in the morning. But unless you have a specific symptom or ailment to resolve, evaluating your overall feeling is somewhat nebulous.
Blood lab tests can be helpful. As I’ve written about previously, Vitamin D is a clear-cut example where a lab test can validate whether taking a Vitamin D supplement increases your Vitamin D level (it does). But I am meeting more and more people who aren’t interested in the cost and hassle of getting blood testing.
Wouldn’t it be great if there were a quick and non-invasive diagnostic tool that could provide you with an accurate picture of your body systems? I’m excited to share with you my latest collaboration with an incredible company called Vital Health Global.
Vital Health Global - Innovative Health Technology
Here is an eight-minute video that summarizes the vision of Vital Health Global.
Vital Health Global started in Mexico in 2022 and just launched in the US and Canada in early 2025. This health technology company solves a long-standing problem: how to determine which supplements your body needs and source high-quality products at more affordable prices. Today, I will spotlight a cutting-edge technology that takes the guesswork out of nutrition.
Introducing the Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer
The quantum resonance magnetic analyzer is a non-invasive medical diagnostic tool that analyzes the absorption and transmission of high-frequency radiowaves as they irradiate the hydrogen atoms in water molecules and other tissues placed in a strong magnetic field. Each organ and system in the body has a unique frequency and energy signature. The analyzer compares the collected signals with the standard quantum resonance spectrum stored in its database and reports deviations to identify potential health issues. The device is 85-92% as accurate as a blood test.
That’s the complex science, but in practice, the test is straightforward. A device clips on the finger (similar to a pulse oximeter), and the scan takes five minutes. The result is a 120+ page report of 45 key body systems.
*Note: The quantum resonance magnetic analyzer is a device intended for general wellness and not an FDA-registered medical device. The information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a trusted healthcare professional before making changes to your health.
Here is a sample page of my report on liver function. Each category lists the normal range, measured value, and comparative result. There is a follow-up page for each function with detailed descriptions of each category.
You might be thinking, Wow, all that data is great, but who has time to look through 120 pages and figure out what to do? The report includes a comprehensive summary for all items marked yellow or red, listing diet and lifestyle recommendations along with Vital Health product recommendations.
Vital Health offers a variety of high-quality supplements formulated for maximum absorption and efficacy and manufactured to the highest standards for safety. The supplements fall into four broad categories:
I will write future newsletters with in-depth explorations of these fantastic products. In the meantime, if you’re interested in learning more, visit the Vital Health website. For an annual fee of $29.99, you can enroll as a member and get wholesale pricing. If you’re a practitioner or hardcore biohacker looking to use the scanner for yourself or clients, let’s have a conversation about that. Please email me at bewellthybrandon@gmail.com.
The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.

Last year, I wrote about my supplement stack with suggestions for vitamins and minerals that work synergistically together. Thanks to Cellergize and the Vital Health products, I have eliminated several bottles of vitamins and minerals because they are included in these formulations.
