I’m Brandon Wilson. I am constantly working toward improving my mind, body, and spirit using various ancient techniques and cutting-edge biohacking tools and devices. I want to be healthy, but not at the expense of being happy. This simple idea is what it means to be wellthy.
First time reading? Let’s get you in the club.
Often, biohacking focuses on the physical. To achieve a result, we change the environment around us or inside us to communicate different signals to the body. One component that is often overlooked (and perhaps most important) is mindset. I believe our thoughts shape our reality, which is a simple definition of manifestation.
I watched a fascinating podcast interview with Darryl Anka on the Heart Coherence Collaborative. Darryl is famous for channeling the being known as Bashar. I suggest watching the entire interview if you want to learn his history. I understand you might be skeptical about channeling, but I ask you to keep an open mind about the message. I want to highlight the section around 21 minutes in where Darryl shares the five steps that Bashar recommends to people for increasing vibration and manifestation.
The Formula
Whatever experience or circumstance contains more attractiveness, curiosity, excitement, and passion, act on that first before anything else. The soul (higher mind) is non-physical and communicates through energy. Our physical mind translates these energy frequencies into “passion.” The language of physical reality is not words but actions. When we act on the things that inspire passion, we communicate to the soul that we got the message. If we don't act on our passions, we send a message that we aren't open to more of these opportunities. Taking action on your passion doesn't have to be some significant endeavor or a project tied to a long-term goal. We all have choices we make every day, and the goal is to make the choices that are most attractive and exciting and do those first before anything else.
Take your passion as far as possible until you can no longer pursue it. The excitement may naturally wane because it's time for a different opportunity or path. Ensure you're not making the excitement disappear because you're afraid to move forward. Once you cannot act any further, it's time to move on to something else.
Act on your passion with zero insistence or expectation of the outcome. We think we know the best outcome in a given situation, but we have no clue. The trap of the physical mind is that we think we know best and are in charge. Instead of visualizing an exact outcome, visualize a symbol representing an outcome. For example, instead of imagining yourself in a future role, picture your business card or logo. Visualizing the symbol ensures you stay excited so that the higher mind can bring you the best outcome regardless of what you think is best.
Stay in a positive state no matter what manifests. Sometimes, you may manifest something that you objectively don't prefer, or that is not vibrationally compatible with who you know yourself to be. If it manifests, it is there for a reason. If you stay positive, you can extract the benefit. If nothing else, manifesting something we don't prefer provides clarity by contrast, showing what we do prefer.
Have honest self-investigations about your belief systems and why you believe what you believe, and let go of any fear-based or negative belief systems. There is an essential distinction between what you want and what you need. What you need will fulfill you and give you a life of joy. What you want will sometimes coincide with what you need. Very often, what people want comes from the ego and not what they truly need to have a happy life.
What if you don’t know your purpose or your calling? You might be asking disempowering questions like “What’s wrong with me,” or “How come I don’t have a purpose?” Ask instead, “What is it within me that is seeking to emerge through and as me that I may make an impact and difference on this planet?” As Michael B. Beckwith points out, it’s never too late to find your true calling.
The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.

Four balls are placed in a row. The red ball is next to the green ball but not next to the blue ball. The yellow ball is not next to the blue ball. What ball is next to the yellow ball? Note: Only your first answer will be accepted.
I was scheduled to attend my first Biohacking Conference in April 2020 in Beverly Hills, CA. However, the conference was postponed due to Everyone’s Favorite Virus™️ and eventually replaced with a virtual conference in October. Four years ago, I wrote my recap of the conference, which included a talk by Jay Shetty on resilience and my deep dive into the science behind Bulletproof coffee.
