I reviewed Dave Asprey’s book Smarter Not Harder when it came out last year. Recently, while looking for a reference in the book, I remembered this helpful matrix.

There are so many biohacks, therapies, gadgets, and supplements that it can be overwhelming to decide where to focus. This matrix shows the impact of various hacks based on your goals. The book delves deeply into all these topics, but I wanted to share some tips to whet your whistle.
