Let’s close out 2023 with a recap of some of my favorite and most popular newsletters of the year.
I’ve been visiting the Wellness Bar since February, and it continues to be one of my favorite destinations. There’s an infrared sauna, whole-body cryotherapy, a red light bed, halotherapy, a dry float bed, whole-body vibration, and compression.
I’m not as obsessed with sleep now that I have it dialed in. Good sleep is one of the fundamentals of health, and I shared my best tips in a newsletter in March.
Another fundamental is ensuring adequate mineral intake, which is difficult no matter how healthy your diet is. Beam minerals are one of the highest-quality mineral supplements, and I take some every morning.
In June, I wrote a very personal essay describing my relationship with my father. It was challenging to write, but I’m glad I could share the stories and carry on his legacy of biohacking.
The Biohacking Conference in June in Orlando was one of my highlights this year. The summary gives you a taste of what it’s like at one of these events. I hope to see some subscribers at the next conference in May.
People seemed to enjoy the newsletter where I wrote about my week with a Tesla. Is a Tesla still my dream car? You’ll have to read it and find out.
The Biomed Expo & Alient Event in Las Vegas in September was another highlight of the year. This event opened my eyes to a new way of seeing the world.
I really like using the five elements as a framework for health basics. If you are unsure about how to improve your health, this primer is a good place to start.
