Here's the biohacking gear I'm testing.
I’m Brandon Wilson. I am constantly working toward improving my mind, body, and spirit using various ancient techniques and cutting-edge biohacking tools and devices. I want to be healthy, but not at the expense of being happy. This simple idea is what it means to be wellthy.
First time reading? Let’s get you in the club.
I’m changing things up this week. Rather than a deep dive into one topic, I have some quick observations about devices that I haven’t written about. Vote in the poll, drop me a comment or email me to say which gear you want me to write about, and I’ll move them up in the queue.
Vizr Headset & App
I have been using the Vizr since I purchased it at the Bio Biz Bash Conference, and I’m enjoying it thoroughly. It has programs to elevate mood, improve sleep, brain training, and even drug-free micro-dosing. How does the Vizr compare to BrainTap? They both use light and sound but in very different ways. I would like to use it more and experience all the benefits before writing my full review.
Airofit Smart Breathing Trainer
After trying a demo of the Vizr, I learned about a smart breathing training device called the Airofit. This device uses an app to help improve your breathing to increase lung capacity, optimize breathing rate, and reduce heart rate during exercise. Better breathing also means a more balanced nervous system. I like how the app will capture a baseline and show progress as I train. I haven’t started using it yet, but I look forward to it.
Parasite Zapping
I have yet to write a newsletter about parasites, but it’s on my list. One of the more interesting ways to address parasites is through frequencies, which I learned from studying Hulda Clark's work. The idea is to pass an electric current with specific frequencies through the body. These frequencies resonate with the parasite frequencies, destroying the parasites and eggs. It is a fascinating concept and one I’ve been experimenting with using a device called the AutoZap 5. Let me know if you’d like to learn more about parasites.
A New Twist on Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is all the rage these days. The DNA Vibe is a unique red-light therapy device that combines four healing modalities: red light, infrared light, magnetic signaling, and micro-vibration. It uses low power and has a flexible construction that allows ease of use on any body part. Stacking multiple modalities allows you to get more benefits in less time. How does this device compare to other red light devices? I’ll have it all in my upcoming full review.
The Next Generation of High-Speed Vibration Therapy
If you have muscle soreness, you know how much vibration therapy can provide relief. Not all devices are created equally, however. The Rapid Release device has been my go-to since I discovered it at the Annual Biohacking Conference a few years ago. It is powerful enough to work on major muscle groups, yet the design allows for using it in more sensitive areas to improve circulation and muscle relaxation.
The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.
Take breaks throughout the day and use 4-7-8 breathing to center yourself. Quietly inhale through the nose for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, then exhale audibly through your mouth, making a whooshing sound for eight seconds. Repeat the cycle at least three more times for a total of four breaths. Exhalation should take twice as long as inhalation. The ratio of 4:7:8 is important, but the absolute time you spend on each phase is not.

This week:
Count the total number of triangles that can be found in this shape. Note: You can combine pieces to create larger triangles.
Hint: It’s more than 10.
A year ago, I was in Las Vegas for the Biomed Expo & Alient Event. Little did I know the main course was an alient event with some alternative health stuff on the side. I met some great people and opened my awareness to a deeper understanding of extra terrestrials and UFO/UAP phenomenon beyond the superficial news reports.
