What I’m watching
Luke Storey continues to release excellent podcast episodes with deep dives on various biohacking topics. In this interview with Kyal Van Der Leest, they discuss the power of plant compounds and peptides, two topics I am interested in learning more about. They also discuss various aspects and solutions for mold toxicity.
What I’m reading
Dave Asprey’s new book, Heavily Meditated, just launched, and I’ve read about 100 pages. Dave shares much of his journey, and this book feels more personal and profound than his previous books. Of course, the book will get a dedicated newsletter with my insights when I finish it.
What I’m listening to
