I’m Brandon Wilson. I am constantly working toward improving my mind, body, and spirit using various ancient techniques and cutting-edge biohacking tools and devices. I want to be healthy, but not at the expense of being happy. This simple idea is what it means to be wellthy.

For the reasonable price of $6 per month/$60 per year, you will receive valuable content, including access to the entire archive of over 240 newsletters, members-only content, audio voiceovers (with extra content and always read by me), participation in the brain training raffle to win monthly biohacking gift bags, and access to the Be Wellthy Club private Facebook group.

It’s finally here! We made it to the biggest biohacking week of the year. If you are a recent subscriber or want a refresher, I’d like to recap my history with biohacking briefly.

Biohacking is the art and science of using technology to change the world around you and inside you to control your complete biology. Biohacking is all about results. You can hack computers and devices to make them run differently. As it turns out, you can hack your body, brain, and environment to make yourself run better. I wrote about my journey to biohacking in a previous newsletter, so I will pick up with my history of attending conferences.

I was scheduled to attend my first biohacking conference in April 2020 in Beverly Hills, but that quickly went out the window due to the lockdowns courtesy of Everyone’s Favorite Virus™️. The conference was postponed and eventually held virtually in October. My recap included thoughts on how to build internal resilience and a spotlight on Bulletproof coffee. I was particularly drawn to this point as I consider my path to being a full-time biohacker and health consultant:

Service is the ultimate hack. When you tie your work and goals to service to others, it’s the most powerful way to game your brain to grow. Service has its own reward system.

“Help one more person, don’t sell one more person.” —Lisa Nichols

The next biohacking conference, in May 2021, was also virtual. In my recap, I shared several easy and free biohacks, how to improve mitochondrial function, and tips for making good decisions. This conference was memorable because I won the grand prize ticket to attend 40 Years of Zen.

“Where we place our attention is where we place our energy.” —Dr. Joe Dispenza

In September 2021, I finally attended a biohacking conference in person in Orlando, FL. The event lived up to the hype, and I shared my full recap.

Jim Kwik is an impressive and kind man.

The 8th Annual Biohacking Conference was held in Beverly Hills, CA, in September 2022. I rubbed elbows with Dr. Mercola and sat at Dr. Patrick Porter’s (founder of BrainTap) table for the VIP dinner. This conference was also memorable for where I met Club Members Scott S. and Renata B.

In 2023, the 9th Annual Biohacking Conference returned to Orlando. Dave Asprey himself served me Danger Coffee.

Sure, Dave, I’ll take some Danger Coffee.

I had a great time at the 80’s Dance Party. Jim Kwik shared his top ten foods for brain health:

  1. Avocado

  2. Blueberries

  3. Broccoli

  4. Eggs

  5. Olive oil

  6. Fish

  7. Leafy green vegetables

  8. Turmeric

  9. Walnuts

  10. Dark chocolate

Last year, the 10th Annual Biohacking Conference occurred in Dallas, TX.

Here’s a video from last year’s conference to give you a sense of what it’s like.

The Tech Hall is always a crowd-pleaser.

By the way, if you scroll down on the current Biohacking Conference website, you will find yours truly featured.

For this year’s conference, I look forward to hearing talks from Dr. Joe Dispenza, Hal Elrod, Ryan Holiday, and others. I will spend a lot of time in the Tech Hall trying out all the cool biohacks and meeting fellow biohackers. I’m most looking forward to the connections with like-minded people focused on becoming better versions of themselves.

As subscribers, you have a front-row seat to the action. I’ll post updates from this year’s conference on Instagram, and Club Members can look for updates in the Be Wellthy Club private Facebook group. Look for my full recap next week!

The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.

Americans spend an average of 7 hours and 3 minutes daily on internet-connected screens, surpassing the global average of 6 hours and 40 minutes.1 Consider being more intentional when using devices by applying this simple principle.

Apply the test of TIME for online usage:

T - How much time will you allocate?

I - Is it intentional?

M- Are you mindful and aware of what you are doing?

E - Is what you are doing enriching your life?

In case you’re wondering, I do take trips for more than just conferences. Three years ago, I wrote about a wonderful trip to one of my favorite places—Sedona, AZ.
