Here is a taste of the audio voiceover that Be Wellthy Club members can listen to in every newsletter.
At the 10th Annual Biohacking Conference, I raced into the Tech Hall when it opened. The first booth that caught my attention was the WAVwatch, a wearable that uses acoustic sound frequencies. As you know, I have an intense interest in frequency technologies, and I’ve written several newsletters about my experiments with delivering beneficial frequencies to the body:
Breakthrough pulsed electromagnetic frequency activation (PEMA) devices such as the KLOUD mat and the Bubble²
Light frequency devices like the PureVibranz red laser
The meditation chamber called the Harmonic Egg®
The BrainTap system that uses light and sound for faster, more effective meditation
Infusing frequencies in water with the Analemma wand
Quantum energy devices from Leela Quantum
Before I share my experience with the WAVwatch, allow me to provide a brief history of sound healing.
The idea of healing through sound is not new. Ancient Egyptians used vocal toning and chanting as a healing practice. Ancient Greek philosopher and “Father of Music” Pythagoras taught healing through sound and harmonic frequencies. The use of Tibetan singing bowls reduced feelings of anxiety and depression and increased spiritual well-being.1 The didgeridoo, a traditional wind instrument of the Aboriginal Australians, has been used for over a thousand years in healing ceremonies.2 Native American cultures used drumming, chanting, and singing in healing rituals.3 In Hinduism, mantras are sacred sounds or phrases repeated during meditation and prayer. Traditional Chinese Medicine associates different sounds and tones with specific organs and elements in the body per the Five Elements theory.4 Sound healing has been fundamental for wellness throughout history and the world.
In the 20th century, a true genius advanced sound healing beyond the capabilities of the time. Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, Jr., PhD was an American inventor who revolutionized microbiology in the 1930s by inventing microscopes that significantly increased magnification from 2500X to 60,000X. Using his universal microscope, he studied bacteria and viruses and determined that every organism exhibits a signature frequency at which it vibrates. Dr. Rife used his ray-beam device with precise radio frequencies to destroy tumors in rats and humans. Unfortunately, mainstream medicine at the time, represented by the American Medical Association, began labeling natural healers as “quacks” and orchestrated an end to Rife’s research. You can view Rife’s original lab notes in this archive.
Fortunately, inventors and entrepreneurs have expanded upon Royal Rife’s work to bring natural frequency healing to more people. I am excited to share my experience with the latest frequency gadget in my repertoire.
Introducing the WAVwatch—the world’s first sound frequency therapy watch
The WAVwatch is a sound frequency generator that creates specific sounds to retune and realign the energy in your body. It has over 1,000 acoustic frequencies safely in the range between 20-20,000 Hz. The frequencies are conveniently organized into health categories: Chronic, Detox, Emotions, Germs/Pathogens, Organs, Pain, Self-Care, and more. Select a frequency from the menu, adjust the volume, and let the WAVwatch handle the rest. Most frequencies last eight minutes, and some combo frequencies last thirty minutes. When one cell feels a vibration on your wrist, it begins to vibrate, and then the next cell vibrates, setting off a chain reaction moving through the body 5.3 times faster than sound travels in the air.
“Sound is the first sense we know in the womb and the last sense we have as we leave this earth. It has a profound effect throughout our lives” —Linda Bamber, WAVwatch founder
Here is a short video that demonstrates how to visualize sound frequencies.
Benefits of the WAVwatch
No headphones are needed. The body absorbs the acoustic vibrations through a speaker on the back of the watch.
One-time purchase—no subscriptions.
Easy to use the over 1,000 sound frequencies organized by health categories. See the full list.
A 2.3” touchscreen and intuitive organization makes it easy to select frequencies.
A built-in microphone to record your own vocal toning.
There is no internet capability and no WiFi or Bluetooth.
6-hr battery life.
One-year warranty with an option to purchase additional accidental damage warranty.
30-day full refund return.
The biohacker’s dilemma makes it difficult to assess products. I’m using so many biohacks throughout the day; how do I know what’s working? I can verify two scenarios where the WAVwatch has helped me with measurable results: 1) Better blood glucose control and 2) Stress reduction/improved heart rate variability. How do I know the WAVwatch made a difference with all the other biohacks? I saw the needle move without changing anything else.
Unlike some interventions, sound frequency healing is safe and effective. The WAVwatch makes it easy and convenient to use sound therapy to support your body’s healing ability.

The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.
Mantras are short, positively inspired phrases that carry a potent healing vibration and can help free your body, mind, and soul from stress. Recite this mantra five times, either out loud or quietly to yourself, while placing your hands over your heart:
Everything I need to heal is already within me.
I start every morning with a glass of filtered, structured water with BEAM minerals. This is the best mineral supplement on the market, in my opinion. They even have formulations for dogs and cats and a cheaper pill form of the liquid supplement. I provided more details in a previous newsletter. Go to the BEAM minerals website and use code BRANDON51920 to save 20%.

What number comes next in this sequence?
0, 0, 1, 3, 6, 6, 7, 9, 12, 12, 13, ?
How many minutes before 10 AM is it if 90 minutes later it will be as many minutes later after 11 AM?
A year ago, I wrote about improving the air quality in my home. I’m still using the AirDoctor filters and have virtually eliminated the sniffles and nose congestion associated with airborne contaminants.
