I just returned to the desert from my first visit to Salt Lake City, Utah. I had a fantastic time taking a tour of the LifeWave corporate welcome center and visiting Club Member and close friend Scott’s clinic and farm. Let’s get straight to the recap.
Welcome to LifeWave
I am grateful for the opportunity to visit the LifeWave corporate welcome center in Draper, Utah. This state-of-the-art facility opened in the fall of 2024, and there is limited availability to experience a guided tour.
LifeWave has been in the phototherapy patch business for twenty years. Innovation is at the company's heart, and it showcases several upcoming technologies: a revolutionary water machine, a breakthrough drone technology, and a clean home energy solution.

A Biohacking Clinic
Long-time subscribers know that I have referenced Scott Sherner in many previous newsletters. We met at the 8th Annual Biohacking Conference in Beverly Hills, CA. It is rare to connect with someone so like-minded who happens to be into biohacking even more than I am.
Scott is a man of many talents, and it would take the rest of this newsletter to list them all. Let me highlight two specific areas: his biohacking clinic and biodynamic farm.
Scott is a functional medicine doctor with decades of experience helping people heal. His clinic is a biohacking paradise that includes a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, PEMF, red light therapy, ozone therapy, a massage chair, and a sophisticated frequency device called the Monicore. I was pleasantly surprised when I compared my NeuralChek scan results before and after a Monicore session and saw that my biological age had dropped by three years.
Scott also has an Oligoscan, which uses spectrophotometry to measure heavy metals, vitamins, and minerals by scanning several points on the hand. I wrote about the Oligoscan in a previous newsletter, and I’m happy to report that most of my numbers have improved from the scan last May at the Biohacking Conference.
By the way, I have crowned Scott the King of Supplements. I thought I had a lot of supplements, but my cache pales in comparison. Granted, Scott has the clinic stocked up for clients, but he has more supplements than an aisle at Sprouts.
A Regenerative, Biodynamic Farm
Scott has a sprawling farm with many animals: goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, ducks, rabbits, a mini-horse named Lilly, and a few cats roaming around (say hello to Mustache).

In addition to multiple garden patches, Scott built a greenhouse from the ground up. Is there anything this guy can’t do? Here are some pictures of the construction and a brief tour.

I have a newfound appreciation for farmers, especially those who are careful stewards of nature. I am grateful for new experiences and connections with incredible people. I enjoyed spending time with Scott, Deb, and Sierra and the fellowship and unforgettable meals, including delicious Living Prana waffles. If you visit Salt Lake City, I have some Scott-approved restaurants for your consideration:
Settebello Pizzeria (Get the gluten-free crust and save room for gelato.)
Contento Cafe (clean and authentic Mexican food)
Rawtopia (wide selection of nutritious meals)
If you’re curious about how Scott can help you improve your health or want to visit his farm or clinic, you can email him at HelpingHandsSL@pm.me.
The Daily Habit is where I share my habits related to the fundamentals: sleep, diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management.
I could have milked this list for weeks but am committed to providing value. Which one(s) will you focus on?
